OH Scrubs Instagram Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Duration
The giveaway opens at 6:00pm AEST on 4 September 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AEST on 11 September 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
2. How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must comment "WIN" (or as otherwise specified in the giveaway post) on the relevant OH Scrubs giveaway post published on the OH Scrubs Instagram account, whether that post is an organic post or is being advertised via Meta's paid/boosted/sponsored ad platform. OH Scrubs will contact eligible entrants via direct message (DM) on Instagram with further instructions on completing their entry. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entrants must have a public or otherwise contactable Instagram profile in order to receive entry instructions; OH Scrubs is not responsible for entries that cannot be validated because an entrant cannot be reached via DM.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to entrants worldwide. By entering, entrants confirm they are legally permitted to receive the prize in their country or region of residence, and are responsible for complying with any local laws applicable to their entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of OH Scrubs and its associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Prize / Competition Inclusions
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) Navy PR Box, plus two (2) additional scrub sets of the winner's choice (design/print and size subject to available stock), inclusive of standard shipping to the address provided by the winner.
5. Refunds, Substitutions & Exchanges
The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and is not redeemable for cash or any other product, in whole or in part. OH Scrubs reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any component of it) with an item of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable, at OH Scrubs' sole discretion.
6. Winner Notification & Redraw
The winner will be selected and notified via direct message on Instagram, within a reasonable period after the Promotion Period closes. The winner must respond to OH Scrubs' notification DM within 48 hours of being contacted and provide the requested details (including shipping address) to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this window, or cannot be verified as eligible, the prize will be forfeited and OH Scrubs reserves the right to select and notify a new winner by way of redraw, at its sole discretion.
7. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram. Any information or personal details provided by entrants is provided to OH Scrubs and not to Meta or Instagram.
8. General
OH Scrubs reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or who engages in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct in connection with the giveaway. OH Scrubs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time, where necessary to do so, without prior notice. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
