Welcome to Oh Scrubs. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Section 01 – Agreement

(a) In these Terms and Conditions, "Oh Scrubs," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Oh Scrubs. "You" or "Your" refers to any visitor or customer using our website.

(b) By browsing our site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This creates a legally binding agreement between you and Oh Scrubs.

(c) These Terms, together with your Order, form the complete agreement between you and Oh Scrubs. Any changes or variations must be provided by us in writing or via email.

Section 02 – General Conditions

(a) Oh Scrubs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.

(b) You acknowledge that any content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks or adjusted to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

(c) You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our Service or website content without written permission from Oh Scrubs.

Section 03 – Website Use

(a) Our website may include links to third-party sites for convenience. Oh Scrubs is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external websites.

(b) You are responsible for ensuring your use of this website complies with laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

(c) You are responsible for safeguarding your devices. Oh Scrubs is not liable for damage to your device resulting from viruses, malware, or harmful content encountered while browsing our site.

Section 04 – Modifications to the Service and Pricing

(a) Product prices may change at any time without notice.

(b) Oh Scrubs may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, including product ranges and website features, without notice.

(d) Prices displayed on our website may change before your order is confirmed. Once your order is accepted and a Purchase Contract is formed, your price will remain fixed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

(e) Delivery charges are separate from product prices and will be shown at checkout.

(f) If a pricing error occurs due to system issues, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the order.

Section 05 – Products or Services

(a) Some items are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. These items are subject to our Returns Policy.

(b) While we aim to display product colours accurately, we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect the true colours perfectly.

(c) We may limit sales of our products or Services to individuals, regions, or jurisdictions at our discretion. We may also limit quantities, update product descriptions, or discontinue products at any time. Offers are void where prohibited.

(d) We do not guarantee that products or Services will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

Section 06 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

(a) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Limitations may be placed on orders by person, household, or account. If your order is changed or cancelled, we may notify you via the email or phone number provided.

(b) You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date purchase and account information, including email addresses and payment details.

Section 07 – Orders, Changes & Contract Acceptance

7.1 Order Creation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when you receive a shipping confirmation from Oh Scrubs.

We may conduct security checks to confirm cardholder or account-holder identity before processing orders.

Orders within Australia are charged in AUD. Your bank may apply conversion fees, which are not refundable by Oh Scrubs.

7.2 Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately at hello@ohscrubs.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.

Incorrect shipping details are your responsibility. If we cannot update the address before dispatch, you must arrange redirection with the courier.

Cancellations must be made before the order is packed.

Oh Scrubs may refuse or cancel orders due to:

- Product unavailability

- Suspected fraudulent activity

- Previous unreturned items

- Ineligible promotions

Section 08 – Shipping & Delivery

Oh Scrubs offers free standard shipping on orders over $120 AUD after discounts.

We do not ship to Military/APO addresses.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

8.1 Missing Deliveries

You must provide a secure delivery address. If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact the courier. Oh Scrubs cannot refund parcels marked as delivered.

8.2 Missing Items

Email photos of packaging and received items to hello@ohscrubs.com.

8.3 Damaged Deliveries

Send photos of damaged parcels to our team immediately.

Section 09 – Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes. These charges are not controlled or collected by Oh Scrubs and are non‑refundable.

Section 10 – Returns, Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

10.1 Change of Mind Returns

Returns must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags

- Free of marks, odours, and damage

- Not final sale or excluded categories

Returns must be lodged via our return portal.

10.2 Refunds

First-time customers may request a refund on their first purchase only. A return fee applies.

Subsequent purchases qualify for exchange or store credit only.

Section 11 – Faulty Returns

If you believe your item is faulty, email hello@ohscrubs.com with photos.

Section 12 – Social Media & User‑Generated Content

By tagging @ohscrubs, you grant us permission to use your content across our website and marketing.

Section 13 – Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors on the website at any time without notice.

Section 14 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
