Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase, so we offer hassle free returns and exchanges.

Refunds and exchanges are available on items returned to the Oh Scrubs warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. Final Sale items are final — no refunds, exchanges or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card to your email address. Please include your proof of purchase (invoice) in your return as well as the return form which will be emailed to you upon submitting your return or exchange.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.

Important Note: We can only accept items that are in their original condition. If we receive a return that has makeup stains, signs of wear, or is missing tags, we won't be able to process your return or exchange. In that case, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to have the item returned to you. To avoid any issues, please double-check your items before sending them back.

Faulty Items or Incorrect Items: We try our absolute best to avoid any faulty items or incorrect items being shipped. If this does occur, please reach out to us ASAP to organise a return. For this to occur, we kindly ask that you email us with photos and as much detail as possible.
