We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Full-priced items, and items purchased using a discount code are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale items are final — no refunds or exchanges. Personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Store Credit Option: Prefer not to wait for a refund? Choose store credit instead and receive a gift card sent to your email address. Store credit can be used on any items in our store.

Oh Scrubs offers Standard ($14.50) and Express ($18) shipping across Australia, with tracking included on every order.

Enjoy free Standard shipping on orders over $150, or free Express on orders over $250. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, with delivery taking 2-7 business days (Standard) or 1-5 business days (Express). Any personalised items will need up to 10 extra business days to ship.
